Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.
